Brian Heder

Brian is a veteran of the Keys' golden age of smuggling, a classic old-school drug runner who still moves product through his own boatyard, now alongside his third wife, Lori. Years in the business have earned him the comfort of letting others handle the riskier, dirtier work — which is exactly the role Jason fills. Brian lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns and the occasional appearance for Lori's sangria. Easygoing on the surface, Brian represents the established criminal order of the Keys that Jason is quietly looking to outgrow.
