Boobie is a Vice City legend who has actually pulled off the rags-to-riches GTA fantasy: starting in the streets, he built a legitimate-looking empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. He's all smiles and charm — right up until it's time to talk business, at which point the streets he came from show through. His biggest current investment isn't real estate, though; it's his partnership with aspiring music mogul Dre'Quan Priest on the label Only Raw Records. Boobie's put serious resources behind the label, and now they just need a hit to make it pay off.
